I wrote this song during the initial stages of dating someone I was besotted with.
We'd been on maybe 4 or 5 dates, and we'd been chatting online for a few months prior to that. Things were going really well, and we were both very much smitten with each other.
She'd just graduated Uni and was applying for jobs in her chosen career, which could mean she'd have to relocate interstate at any moment. I had this horrible feeling my stomach that despite being perfect for each other, fate would tear us apart.
